They took the time to explain exactly what my skin needed without any pushy upselling, which I highly appreciate. It’s been a week since my treatment and the results are perfectly spot-on! Dermaster in Seminyak Bali was absolutely amazing. They accommodated us with a last minute appointment and from the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. This was actually our first time ever getting a HydraFacial or a true medical grade facial. We were a little nervous going in, but figured we’re in Bali, which is known for facials, so we decided to try it — and I’m so glad we did. The doctor was phenomenal. She spent over 30 minutes explaining everything to us in detail, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident. My daughter and I both had HydraFacials, my daughter also got lip injections, and I had the NCTF treatment. The entire team took their time, checked in with us throughout, and made sure we felt good every step of the way. They even had a massage therapist who gave us a 10 minute massage, and she was so kind and sweet — and her massage was phenomenal. If I had more time, I definitely would have booked a full session, but we had to check out of our hotel and head to Ubud. This is not just a spa, this is a true medical clinic with a doctor and trained professionals. You can tell the difference immediately. The equipment, the technique, and the level of care are on another level. Yes, it may be a bit more expensive than other places, but you are paying for medical grade treatments done properly, not just the name or a superficial service. If you want to be treated by a medical professional and experience true care and professionalism, this is the place to be. Hands down one of the best clinics in Bali.
